5681ArticleBenjanimefor me it wasn't just judge doom's reveal that creeped me out in who framed roger rabbit, but the scene where doom kills off a cartoon shoe when putting it in the dip to show what it can do. Sep 02, 2022View
5708ArticleandyvgrYeah getting older our interests change, it's just a part of life, however we grow into the other side of things, sometime as the person above said you'll either have children to take trick or treating or you'll be like the grandparents and hand the candy out. it's the way it's supposed to be.Spooky Time: Halloween MemoriesMar 15, 2023View
5693ArticleVaporman87That feeling of disinterest happens eventually, but I can confidently tell you it returns to you if you have children. Maybe not in the same way, but there is a rush of excitement over trick-or-treating nonetheless.Spooky Time: Halloween MemoriesOct 14, 2022View
5683ArticleJulieYou're fine, my sweet @Benjanime. ❤❤ What takes my attention most is enemies not getting hurt by stage hazards. Rare is the game where it doesn't happen, to this day. Blind jumps do still exist, and the newest game where you'll face that is Pac-Man World Re-Pac. Cheating opponents A.I.? Only after playing SNK Neo-Geo AES fighting games on the real hardware it's when I really, really knew what it's all about. The difficulty is insane, completely cheating! Even playing on the easiest difficulty mode, different on playing on emulators. You know, emulators never accurately reproduce the opponents A.I. from real consoles, it's always a very different experience. Great article as always, my sweet love. ❤❤Gaming Pet PeevesSep 02, 2022View

5675ArticleoniparOh yeah, I can relate to that list as well. Today at least cooled down a bit, though that only meant I had to get some yard work done. The CureJul 26, 2022View
5669ArticleoniparThat's so true though, when there's nothing else to do, we nurture our imaginations all the more fervently. I remember an episode of...I dunno, maybe Sesame Street, maybe Pee Wee's Playhouse, that was all about the things you can do inside when it's rainy out. I try to drag that kind of mindset along with me no matter how many years pass. Ah, yeah, and Halloween beckoning from the rafters helps too! The CureJul 26, 2022View
5674ArticleBenjanimei'm with you on this, i too have been half and half with a summer experience during the years. 1. rarely able to get my friends to come along with me somewhere 2. my stepdad deciding to roll down the car windows instead of using AC 3. going to a theme park, only for my parents to argue about something dumbThe CureJul 26, 2022View
5663ArticleVaporman87Ahhh. Very nice. I feel you. I feel you. Yeah, it's become quite hot and stuffy in these dog days of Summer. Vacation has passed, and now it's just a countdown to our annual Fair. After that, the pivot to Halloween is instantaneous. Doesn't matter what the calendar says... as far as I'm concerned, Halloween season is here. I definitely had many a beautiful summer day that felt wasted, alone. You tend to forget all those days, your memory favoring the good times. And living where I did, I could not just escape to town for some much needed distraction. I was stuck where I was. That probably helped nurture my imagination. Having to come up with my own fun... somehow. The CureJul 25, 2022View
