46169	Coca-Cola	<p>The old neighboorhood barber shop used to have one of the vintage Coca Cola "ice-chest" style vending machines. You put money in the slot on the side, but the top open door was not locked - it was the honor system!</p> <p><img alt="" src="https://i.pinimg.com/originals/71/db/ec/71dbecd47dc68f48b1c727eff6f968a5.jpg" /></p> <p>The barber shop owner was proud to be one of the few black-owned businesses allowed to receive product from the local Coca Cola distributor (a situation very unusual at the time - Pepsi gained popularity by openly promoting sales in black communities across the South).</p>	eddstarr	Sep 14, 2020

46163	Pop Tarts	<p>I have different memories of eating pop tarts. Chocolate chip was always my favorite. I used to get that and S'mores from the vending machine after swim practice when I was a kid.</p> <p>During third grade I remember having to attend some morning program at school. They would hand out juice and either strawberry or fudge. I never liked strawberry so I always ate fudge those mornings.</p> <p>I also like brown sugar cinnamon. My grandfather loves those, and they always remind me of him. He would always have it as a dessert after dinner.
