One awesome film and it's shitty sequel. Predator 2's concept isn't even that bad, but they made everything so over the top.

Predator 2 probably ranks as biggest upset movie for me of all time.
Drive (2011) Not sure how I felt about this one really. Like my mother in law's meatloaf, it was quite underwhelming but it did fill you up. The music was superb and the movie had a very 80s quality to it which I liked. The relationships seemed too awkward to even be believable but I'll let that pass. Very moody film that will probably get better with a second viewing. 3/5 |

Tommy Boy
I grew up loving this movie. It sticks to me like glue. 10 stars! "Magic can happen to you."

House of Wax (2005)
Not really that great. Had a slow start to it, and was pretty slow throughout. 1/5 *Insert funny signature here*

Life (2017)
I had higher hopes for this film. I expected this to be a better version of Alien, where a group of crew members aboard a space station have to fight a deadly alien creature and prevent it from reaching Earth. We kind of got that, but very poorly done. Also the twist at the end was kind of cool and pulled off somewhat well, but you could also see it coming a mile away. This movie did have some serious potential. In the right hands it might of been really amazing, but as it sits right now it's just decent and somewhat okay. 6/10 *Insert funny signature here*

The Jewel of the Nile
"Romancing the Stone" sequel. Every bit as fun as the previous film. 4 stars. "Magic can happen to you."

Fargo
Excellent, excellent crime drama. A true nail-biter. If anyone deserved an Oscar, it's Frances McDormand. 4 1/2 stars "Magic can happen to you."

The Grey (2012)
What a stupid movie, and I mean that. I've wanted to see it since it was first released in theaters in 2012, but just got to now. Just incredibly poorly made, with a stupid ending to go along with it. I'd say the 1997 Anthony Hopkins film The Edge is a better example of what this movie should have been. Watch that instead. 2/5 *Insert funny signature here*
