I had several Garbage Pail Kids. Many I simply placed in a card binder, and then I think I eventually sold the lot of them at a yard sale. Wish I had them back now. I'm not sure if there were any with my name or not. It's a fairly common name though, so it's likely there was one.

Was the movie that bad?

I hate those stories. Although I like them from the other side.
I think Garbage Pail Kids are really cool. But I was not cool enough to be into them back in the day. I saw other kids playing with them. My mom would have been against them for sure.

Uhh... well that's a matter of perspective I suppose. Do you like watching poorly executed, acted, and written sci-fi schlock from the 80's? If so, that movie is the bomb!

I'm picky about movies.

So am I, but that doesn't at all mean that I would dislike a "bad" movie, or like a "good" one. It's more complicated than that.
