Hello everyone, I wanted to take a minute and let you know what we have going on over at HowISpentMyChildhood.com.  For those who aren't familiar, How I Spent My Childhood is my retro blog which features old tv shows, movies, cartoons, music, fashion, wrestling and other things.  It's kinda like Retro-Daze, yet still different enough for the two to be distinctive.

Anywho, today started our march to Halloween, and we are full of treats, but few tricks in what we're offering.  Here is the daily schedule of everything right up until Halloween.  I hope you see something that peeks your interest and you stop by and check us out.

We hadn't put much up on the site in the last couple of weeks, and this lineup is why.  We've spent our time getting all of this Halloween goodness ready!  Also in there somewhere, we are doing a Halloween links column, and in it, I'll be linking to all the great Halloween articles here on the site.  If anyone has any other Halloween projects they'd like plugged on our site, send me a PM with the details and I'll see to it that we try to help get the word out!  Hope you enjoy our selections of Halloween themed offerings this year on How I Spent My Childhood.

And be on the lookout in November for our Superhero week, where we'll be stocked full of articles on classic superhero tv shows, cartoons, and toys for the 70's, 80's, and 90's.  Also in November, we have a series looking at the toys that caused the biggest Black Friday crazes, and the day after Thanksgiving starts our Countdown to Christmas where everyday will have retro Christmas goodness!

Thanks,
Mickey Yarber
