Mick, sorry to hear about your condition. I never thought I could adjust my own eating and drinking habits to suit my Metabolic Syndrome, but you'd be surprised what you'll do for your family

@Vaporman you're right. Im on a med for it, which i hate, but i only intend to stay on it while i figure out and adjust my diet to control it myself without the crutch of medicine. I have a follow up in December. I plan to be off the med by the end of September, and hopefully walk into the doctor in December and blow him away with the results.
