Definitely one of the best silent films I've seen. Some of Buster's best work.
Isn't it funny that there were Civil Wars veterans still alive at the time this film was made?

Ah Buster Keaton is good. That's pretty good quality for a silent film! Must have been digitally enhanced.
My favorite silent film is probably Harold Lloyd's The Freshman Wir sprechen zu viel, aber wir sehen zu wenig.

I think this film was on Netflix at one point. At least, one of Buster Keaton's films was on there.
And yes, a lot of the best silent films in my opinion, were from Buster Keaton. Another good one is Sherlock Jr. |
