It's looks like an intriguing horror/fantasy film by Eli Roth. Not too many family films today, so this look like something good parents can take their kids to see.

Better and worse than the book by John Bellairs. It did have Michael Jackson's Thriller in Imax 3D as the preview before the movie. I got a rad poster. Thank goodness the movie was not in 3D that stuff gives me a headache. The baby thing was stupid and not in the book, definite departures from the book some better some worse. The look and feel was pretty good. CGI sucked. I was entertained.
