Benjanime
Don't know if anyone else just stumbled upon this problem, but earlier today when writing an article in Firefox I wasn't able to change the size of any images I posted and had to do it manually on a picture software.

Mr Magic
Until this issue gets fixed, I suggest using a photo uploading site like Postimage for resizing.

I haven’t noticed it, but if this is the case then it’s because of a change Mozilla has made to Firefox. It was the only browser that let you resize on the fly. I hope they aren’t changing that

ah geez. well if it's permanent i suppose i could start resizing them through a paint program then. hate when browsers get some kind of update that can screw you over on something.

You can resize pretty easily in the HTML source. After you upload the picture, toggle source mode |<>|
Within the brackets, next to
img src = "filename.jpg"
add
width = "xxx" height = "yyy"
(keep the quotation marks; xxx and yyy are numbers as the size you want, in pixels)

Now, just like the drag-to-resize function, this only changes the size the image is shown. If you are uploading a picture taken at 30 megapixels or other high resolution picture, and you want to show it by this method at something like 800 x 600 pixels, it is still the same huge file. So it might be better to do a true resize in your local software anyway.
