File under things I missed -- Two of episodes of The Dick Van Dyke Show, colorized in tribute to him after his passing four days ago. I did hear about that but not of any plans. I just got back from lunch and was surprised to see the tail end of a familar episode, in color, and cursed myself for not being aware.
The episodes are Coast to Coast Big Mouth (has a big punchline around Reiner's character Alan Brady) and October Eve (one of his own favorite episodes, and his sole appearance on the show as a different character).
Apparently they also did this a few years ago with Coast to Coast Big Mouth and My Blonde Haired Brunette.
