There are many new electric vehicles in production right now, and many of them are goodlooking.

But not the all-new BMW iX - the electric Sports Activity Vehicle.

BMW has drawn the ire of critics and quiite a few BMW fans. Most vehicle manufacturers want exterior styling that attracts customers, as well as the admiring glances of bystanders too. What's going on at BMW's Design Studio is anybody's guess - you won't see me going in there.

Let me introduce you all to Tom Voelk. The whole Voelk Family lives in the North Seattle Highlands, just a few miles from me. I've seen him near Greenlake during a photoshoot. I'm sure that we'll meet at Costco one of these weekends, until then, Tom just posted his review of the BMW xDrive50 iX.

Tom says the iX looks better in person than on video (I sure hope so!)
