30 years ago today, one of the most beloved video game compilations released on the Super Nintendo, Super Mario All-Stars. All three Super Mario NES games were recreated with a splash of 16-bit graphics and sound with additional touches like being able to save your progress as well as your lives count. But what topped it all off was the inclusion of the Japanese version of Super Mario Bros. 2, previously a Japanese only title known for its daunting difficulty, known in this package as "The Lost Levels".
