From Fox Kids - 1991, anyone remember the animated series "Little Shop" based from the 1986 musical, based from the 1960 movie?

It makes me wonder if everything can be animated, and if so, just keep some content off a broadcast block aimed at children.

Reminds of the episode of Celebrating Yesteryear we did a while back on R-rated Films that became children's cartoons.

"Little Shop" premiered in September 1991, and ended in November 1991. Looks like all 13 episodes are uploaded to YouTube. From episode one, I noticed that once the decision was made to turn Seymour into a kid for the cartoon series, it all actually feels more like your favorite recommended movie, "Better Off Dead" from 1985.
