Yeah, I've seen that version of the theme when it was on Netflix and Hulu. I think it has something to do with the song originally being from Frank Sinatra, and they couldn't get the copyrights to the song.

Apparently, this alternate theme song was replaced on most of the DVD sets, but the one single disc release I have which contains the first 10 episodes includes the original theme song.

Does the alternate theme even have a name?

Not that I know of. It's generally referred to as "The DVD theme" since that's what it is.
