The best thing to happen to wrestling since Hulk Hogan/Ultimate Warrior.



You have to love their sophomoric behavior.

 

My oh my. I remember these days with some fondness, and a lot of contempt. It was the beginning of the slow decent into complete idiocy for the WWE.

I remember in middle school my friends and I pretended to be D Gen. We would run up to girls and yell. "SUCK IT" while performing their signature crossed hands at crotch gesture. Good times...

Until the girls started countering with, "OK, we will!"

Sigh....

They will reunite once in a blue moon.

I don't know about them being the best thing in wrestling since Hogan/Warrior (I'd give that to Steve Austin or the nWo), but I kinda enjoyed them when they initially formed. I remember getting in trouble more than once because of the "suck it" gesture.

But yeah, I wasn't terribly crazy about them, but they could be sorta amusing at times, certainly as a teenager. To be honest, I was always more of a WCW guy. To this day I wish WCW would've won the Monday Night Wars.

DX did things that ticked people off like rob Bret Hart at Survivor Series '97.
