| 39697 | Random Videos Thread | This one looks kind of distracting to be honest. When I was watching it, the enlarged sprites kind of brought my eye away from the game play. A lot of it seems to be because the 4:3 footage is zoomed in quite a lot. Usually, it looks better when there's a gaussian blur applied to the footage covering the black borders. That way, you know the footage is still there, but it doesn't look as eye straining.

Personally, I'm not really a fan of that way of covering up the black bars. I kind of prefer having a custom border, sort of like what Game Grumps has used for their classic gameplay footage. I also like a few of the borders the SNES Classic used, such as the classic CRT boarder. Of course, that's really up to you on weather you want to use that. It's just my personal preference.
| blueluigi | May 09, 2018 | |

| 39692 | Random Pictures Thread | It's good that those who were involved with the show in the early days are still with it. | Mr Magic | May 07, 2018 | |

| 39690 | Random Pictures Thread | Spongebob did actually start getting better after the second movie. There's been some recent episodes that I believe have been pretty solid. Sure, they're not Seasons 1-3 quality, but still a hell of a lot better than what they've been getting before the second movie came out. The fact that Stephen Hillenburg returned as executive producer, and some of the show's early writers came back seems to help with that. Some episodes in particular that I recommend include Bulletin Board, Cave Dwelling Sponge, May Ray Returns, and the Krabby Patty Feature Show. | blueluigi | May 07, 2018 | |

| 39688 | Random Pictures Thread | more than likely anyone younger than 11 finds the show interesting. several modern episodes have gross out humor similar to ren & stimpy and it just made me want to watch that instead. but i just can't take watching the episode "the splinter" again.

| Benjanime | May 06, 2018 | |
