Billy Madison | I was thinking to myself, "Under rated? No way. Adam Sandler in his prime, surely this movie is rated just right" and I wandered over to metacritic to prove you wrong. And what do you know, the critic reviews say 16/100. OK, that might be less than it deserves. I added up the numbers myself and got 21/100. Not sure how metacritic calculates their average. Anyway, I'd probably go with the New York Times, which gave it a 40 and said "It succeeds as a reasonably smart no-brainer." | shakin steak | Dec 12, 2012 |

Peculiar Movie/Restaurant Marketing | Nothing odd about that at all, when you look at the typical Denny's patron...short, hairy, kinda funny looking... I kid, I kid, I love Denny's, myself...I prefer an old, one-of-a-kind railcar diner, but Denny's will do in a pinch. Ah, the biggest thing to me was the recent Mazda/Lorax movie cross promo. Not even a hybrid car. And they said the car gets "truffula tree seal of approval" so somebody involved did actually know something about the story. I can't wrap my head around how that even got past scribbles-in-a-notebook stage. | shakin steak | Dec 12, 2012 |
Nickelodeon Magazine | I had a few issues. I don't remember much but it was pretty entertaining. | shakin steak | Dec 12, 2012 |
Nickelodeon Magazine | I had a subscription to this magazine for a very long time. Somewhere at my parent's house is a huge stash of the things that I need to get. I honestly remember very little about it. | Derk | Dec 12, 2012 |
Nickelodeon Magazine | That was a fun mag. I remember the "Say What?" feature. I got my first issue back in 1994. | Mr Magic | Dec 12, 2012 |
The Lion King | I watch it in the theaters and liked it, but can't say I was a big fan of it. | jprc10 | Dec 12, 2012 |
General suggestions | I was doing something wrong on that last thing. Well, I was trying to put in the image code myself as on threads. Not sure why that doesn't work, but if I use the picture button it all works fine. | shakin steak | Dec 12, 2012 |
The Lion King | Lion King was good, but I can't say I thought so much of it to watch it a great many times. Now The Sword in the Stone, that's another matter. | Vaporman87 | Dec 12, 2012 |
The Lion King | I remember going and seeing this in theaters... I fell asleep halfway through it. Having said that, when I got the VHS, I wore the thing out from watching it too much. | Derk | Dec 12, 2012 |
