I always compared it to Magic (even though the dummy in that film is not actually sentient). You could even go back to the old Twilight Zone episode "Living Doll" for such inspiration.
| Vaporman87 | Dec 31, 2018 | |
| 41750 | A Perfect World (1993) | Yeah, I mean, sure he was a criminal, but he was still a good father figure.
| Mr Magic | Dec 31, 2018 | |
| 41749 | One of Michael Keaton's least memorable films. | I'll have to check that out, I don't think that I've seen it. One of my favorite of his lesser known roles was a very small part he played in Much Ado About Nothing, the 1993 version with Denzel Washington. He was only on screen maybe twice but I rewound his first scene over and over. | Dalek227 | Dec 31, 2018 | |

| 41747 | A Perfect World (1993) | I loved this movie. I love movies like this where it's not all black and white. The kind that make you sympathize and grow to like the "bad" guy because they humanize them and you see that while they've done wrong there may have been a reason for it or they aren't all bad. | Dalek227 | Dec 31, 2018 | |
| 41746 | The Raccoons are making a comeback! | I LOVED this show. I live in the US and couldn't tell you what channel I watched it on, but I was one of the few people i knewback in the 80's that was lucky enough to have a satellite dish. It was one of those gigantic ones that would have to be installed in the backyard. I couldn't even tell you what the service that came with it was, but it was huge and you could hear it and see it move when channels were changed. We had Disney and Nickelodeon and all kinds of channels. Cable didn't come in where we lived. I know I also had a VHS tape of the show because I remember there were commercials for the cartoon series Seabert (Seabeart the seal is on his way. Sebeart the seal is here to stay) on there. Seabert may have also been shown on that channel but i'm not sure. | Dalek227 | Dec 31, 2018 | |

| 41743 | Mama's Family |
@Dalek: Ha! That’s awesome that your name was derived from a TV show character. We actually named our daughter Elliotte because it seemed like a great female name on Scrubs
| Vaporman87 | Dec 31, 2018 | |
