Never really understood the significance of the holiday. I am usually more excited for the official first day of Spring (which has occasionally fallen on my birthday).

The same thing happened at my high school. I never understood it. And, typically, the pinch was not just a pinch. It was an attempt to tear the flesh from the muscle.
