| Article | SockofFleagulls | Another one you can add to this list is Fat Albert's Halloween Special. I watch it every year and there is finally a quality video uploaded to YouTube. | Oct 15, 2021
| Article | Mr Magic | Better watch 'em quick before some heartless butt monkey decides to take them down. | Five Retro Halloween specials on YouTube | Oct 15, 2021
| Article | onipar | Love the title to this one. Sorry it was spurred by a bad day, but the exploration sounded fun. Yeah, back in Brooklyn my brother and I would go exploring all the time. The older we got, the farther we went. When I hit Junior High in 7th grade, we were given public bus passes, which opened up a whole new world too. | The Mystery of the Second Neighborhood | Oct 16, 2021
| Article | onipar | I miss the days of television Halloween countdowns and marathons. I know a few channels still do it, but I don't have cable anymore. And even if I did, to a certain extent, I feel like extensive home libraries of movies and streaming sort of ruined the whole thing for me. Knowing I can pop in the movies I want to watch whenever I want to watch them, I'm unlikely to try and tune in to live broadcasts. We definitely miss something without it though. | A Closer Look At: The 13 Days of Halloween | Oct 16, 2021
| Article | onipar | Great list! I've actually never seen the Wishbone one. And that Dracula one, I think I've only watched part of it on a VHS mixtape I have. Garfield, heck yeah. One of my favs for sure. It's funny, I was just thinking about The Last Halloween, trying to remember the name of it (haven't seen it in a long time). That's the one that had a promotional connection with M&Ms, right? | Five Retro Halloween specials on YouTube | Oct 16, 2021
| Article | Benjanime | @onipar oh geez, i wouldn't see myself using a bus pass until 2012. glad to hear you and your bro got to go to more far out areas, i loved getting any chance i could get exploring somewhere new. | The Mystery of the Second Neighborhood | Oct 16, 2021
| Article | Vaporman87 | Hills typically served as my one stop Halloween shop, though I know I picked up more than a few novelties for the season in drug and convenience stores. | The Halloween Superstore | Oct 17, 2021
| Article | Benjanime | i would give anything to be able to walk around stores like this again, even the smell of the store itself can just give a wave of nostalgia, that is if a clerk isn't given the freedom of not needing to use a deodorant stick lol. so many great memories just looking at the photos, i really miss it. i recall going out with my older brother a couple of times on small walks with him to stores like these at least a few years before he decided to move away. great article! | The Halloween Superstore | Oct 17, 2021
| Article | onipar | @Vaporman, Never been to a Hills, sounds perfect! @Beb, thanks! HA, yeah, the smell of a drugstore was pretty unique. Yeah, there was just something special about the smaller drugstores and the type of stuff they'd carry. Around Christmas too. | The Halloween Superstore | Oct 18, 2021
| Article | onipar | @Ben, oh yeah, this was circa 1992-1993 when I had the bus pass. I was 12-13, right before I moved to PA. I actually still have the bus passes in my old wallet from those years, because yeah...I save everything. :-p | The Mystery of the Second Neighborhood | Oct 18, 2021 |
