| 1157 | For those of you who watched Rocko's Modern Life, who was your favorite character? | For those of you who remember the episode Wallaby on wheels, this is a little one shot I wrote about Rocko and Sheila. Please don't critique it, I wrote it for fun and not for improvement :P. Anyway, hope you enjoy: (warning, it's a bit sappy) Rocko and Sheila were at a romantic dinner. Rocko was glad he was dating Sheila, and he wanted to make their night special to celebrate them being together. He booked a table in the back, with a private view of the O Town night sky. It was a place where you could spend some time alone together. "I ordered chocolates and champagne for dessert!" Rocko said, grinning "Sounds great." said Shelia. "You're so charming, who knew wallabies could be like that?" Rocko kissed her shoulder passionately. "I try my best. I hope everything tonight is perfect. Sheila smiled. "It is. So, tell me a little bit more about yourself. Why did you decide to leave Australia? I mean, it Is your home town." This question caught Rocko off guard, but he tried to work up enough courage to answer it anyway. "I guess I wanted to see more of the world. Get a new experience... See new things." Sheila nodded. "That sounds like an understandable answer. So anyway, thanks for making our evening special." Rocko nodded. "Ever since I saw you at the skating rink Sheila, I new you were the one for me." Rocko lit some tea light candles. "Oh Rocko, this is so romantic." Sheila sighed with contentment. She knew they were both glad they were dating. "I agree." he leaned in and they kissed. Rocko and Sheila sat gazing at each other. Rocko was about to lean in to kiss her again, when suddenly the dim lights grew brighter. He hasn't noticed that Heffer had walked in to the restaurant. "Rocko! I bought some snacks! Let's party at your house later!" Heffer said naively. Rocko glared at his friend. "Heffer, Sheila and I are trying to have a romantic evening." Heffer scoffed. "That can wait. I need you to watch tv with me so I can get caught up in the new wwwwf match episode." Heffer turned to Sheila. "By the way, Rocko still watches Barney sometimes." Sheila laughed, and Rocko growled at Heffer. Heffer backed up. "Okay, okay, so you moved up to watching sponge bob." Rocko pointed a finger to the door. "Heffer, I'm not going to tell you again. Get out of here." We want time alone." "Alright! Sheesh. Some best friend." Heffer walked toward the exit and slammed the door on his way out. Sheila glanced in the exit direction. "Your friend is nice, Rocko. A little odd, but nice." Rocko rolled his eyes. Sheila felt the awkward tension. She decided to do something about it. "I mean, not nice of him to interrupt us. "We'll, now we're alone again." Rocko grinned. Rocko and Sheila playfully fed each other chocolates and kissed. | Rachel_Narniafan | Mar 08, 2013 | ![]() |

| 1151 | Megaman X6: A recycled sequel | Wow. There is so little you could do with one year of development aside from attempt to improve on existing games. | Vaporman87 | Mar 08, 2013 | ![]() |
| 1150 | Retro rock bands you just got into. | I don't have any new retro faves but I can talk about the NIN. broken, Nine Inch Nails' second album, is the heaviest. Also the shortest, with only four "real" songs. But the best imo and if you are looking for rock it's the one to listen to. If you can get your hands on any concerts from 1994-95 they rock pretty hard too. | 1148 | Retro rock bands you just got into. | Lately I've been loving Bob Seger. I always did like his stuff, but only in the last year have I bought any of his albums. | raptor | Mar 07, 2013 | ![]() |
| 1147 | Vacation Time!!! |
vkimo wrote :
I admire you. I'm hoping and looking forward to the day I have a family and I can take them there!
Thanks for that vkimo. It is greatly appreciated. That's the great thing about Disney World. It's always there when its your turn to be the parent with kids, and it still feels the same as it ever was. That's a great feeling for nostalgia junkies. | Vaporman87 | Mar 07, 2013 | ![]() |
