My favorite Tengen NES games were:

Toobin'
Gauntlet
Alien Syndrome
Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom
Rolling Thunder
Road Blasters
and of course Tetris.

Tengen's Tetris had a wider well, and cool little traditional Russian dancers between stages. Graphically it was a very different style than Nintendo's version, neither better nor worse. But to me, the main difference is a two-player option from Tengen--major oversight on the part of Nintendo. Or they rushed it because Tengen beat them to market.

Ah yes. Tengen. Nintendos "thorn" in their software side. I enjoyed some of their titles. I just remember Nintendo trying to make a big deal out of only buying software with the official Nintendo seal on it.
