mark zuckerberg has made some questionable updates to facebook, but so far the most useless has to be adding someone as a "trusted contact". isn't adding someone as a friend the whole point of trusting people? you're either a friend or you're not.

I think this feature is geared towards people who kind of have some sort of fame or some kind of notable job and end with a lot of friends on the site, either because of networking or just adding their fans. I've noticed this with big YouTuber's who have personal profiles on the site, people who work in the comic industry or are small television writers. People like that.
