* December 31st, 1999

*The 2000's are defined by dates that fell in the years 2000-2009

So when I was in school, our bus dropped us off at the bottom of the hill of our neighborhood. I walked a quarter-mile downhill and a quarter-mile uphill every day. Now the buses stop six times on a street near me that isn't even a quarter-mile long. What the heck?
