MTV did show Ren and Stimpy about 2 weeks ago. This was before the sun came up.

Plus, Ren and Stimpy, Are You Afraid of the Dark, and Salute Your Shorts has aired on occasions on The Splat, but they only come on once in a blue moon. Any other time, they'd air constant reruns of Rugrats, Hey Arnold, and Catdog.

Oh this is easy for me, I would rerun "Get A Life" starring Chris Elliot. in 1990 a show about a 30 year old man living with his parents and running a paper route - unbelievable!
