I just got the Retron 3 for my birthday. I originally wanted the 5 until I read that there are a lot more problems with it than the 3 has.

what are they? the only ones i've heard about are the controller it comes with, the hard-to-remove cartridge slot and that a few games aren't compatible, which a firmware update can supposedly fix.

On top of those issues, every review I read talked about busted pins and firmware issues. The general consensus was that it's an okay console when it works but with a cheap design that will cause many hassles down the road.

Do the credits show up in our Amazon accounts or is it like an email thing?
