Every time I have it, I always try to pick up around the whites, which is not an easy thing.

Yeah, potato salad isn't exactly a favorite of mine. Though I have tasted some that is pretty decent. I don't like the egg whites either.

The only time I prefer eggs is if they're in something like cakes.
