Just picked up the new Acer Chromebook 14 with the solid aluminum chassis.  Since I do a LOT of writing online along with run a business online, I was in need of something newer.  Everything I use is Google based anyway, so a Chromebook was not a bad option for me.

So it's been a while but my Han Solo figure is finally, finally ready to be shipped out. Just paid for my order today. And now, as it makes its way over from Japan, the waiting game begins.

I picked both of these up today and read them both already:

I've always been a fan of Doug TenNaple. Earthworm Jim was one of my favorite gaming characters, and his religious and political beliefs align with mine, so I've always been open to check out anything he does. This graphic novel is a really great story. All I could think about after reading it was that it would make a fantastic movie, preferably using Tim Burton style stop motion animation and direction. I did read that back in 2009 there was talk of Hugh Jackman producing and starring in a film adaptation, but unfortunately that never came to pass.

Future Quest - Volume 1:



This is a really fun crossover and really well done. This first volume relies too much on Johnny Quest though. I would like to have seen more from Space Ghost and The Galaxy Trio, but maybe there is more of that in other volumes.
