Even the one-off characters were a hundred times better than the forced celebrity cameos they have nowadays. Remember Laura Powers? I sure do.

"Marge on the Lam" remains to this date one of my favorite episodes of the entire series. Whenever me and my best friend growing up would have a sleepover we would always slip in the season 5 DVD and watch that episode because it would always make us piss our pants with laughter.

The part I hated the most about Lisa Goes Gaga was how mean spirited it is. Lisa was given an award BY THE SCHOOL, for being the most unpopular student in the school. It was even worse when she tried to disguise herself as an anonymous internet user to say positive things about herself, only for Bart to expose her, making everything worse for her social status.

We all know how tough Lisa's life is. This don't help a bit.

HOW is Lisa the most unpopular student there? That title should rightfully belong to Martin Prince, dang it

or Ralph Wiggum.

the facebook page has so many users that find the modern episodes watchable and easily go with the "if you don't like modern simpsons then unlike the page" comeback. and every time they tease a futurama reference it feels like such a slap in the face.
