the controls take some time getting used to in this one. and it's another one of those games where one-liners are used WAY too often

Bruce Willis has always been a great actor in my book. Where did he go wrong in this one?

he's a prisoner from a futuristic facility and he somehow gets involved with some four horsemen stuff. also the white house gets blown to smithereens and the president happens to be an underworld beast! some stuff gets explained, some stuff doesn't, like the ending

The explanation for this little turd is simple... Kojima wasn't involved. As far as he's concerned, this game never happened.

the villain of that game was named "higharolla kockamamie". just let that sink in

it always made me wonder, if there was a four player controller adapter, why didn't konami use it for the teenage mutant ninja turtles games? and looking back, there probably would've been a ton of flicker and slowdown...
