You don't often see Tim Burton do a sequel. I don't think he likes doing them.

he didn't even plan on making a batman sequel, but he was given more creative freedom with it.

Giving Burton unlimited creative freedom is probably one of the worst things you can do for him. He definitely needs to be reeled in by outside parties on a lot of his ideas. Without it you get all his terrible remakes like Planet of the Apes, Charlie and the Chocolate Factory and Alice in Wonderland.

i honestly never got the hype for his charlie and the chocolate factory movie, there's tons of people on twitter who apparently love the heck out of it, but i just don't see it. to me it was like the same experience i got out of watching teenage mutant ninja turtles III, it attepts to be good but just leaves me wondering how much better it could have been if it was executed properly. seemed to reel into the teen crowd more than anything though.

McDonald's is no longer doing business with Russia due to the invasion.

speaking of the situation in russia, nintendo is delaying the release of the advance wars remake for the nintendo switch because of that too. oddly enough during 9/11 they also delayed the original GBA release.

Other companies like Starbucks and Coca-Cola have also gone along for the ride.

With no fast food, porn or video games available to them, Russia is on track to become the healthiest country on Earth.
