I found out a neighbor of mine committed suicide today. I was driving to work in the late afternoon and saw a police car blocking the community gate that exits into the main road. There is a side road next to it that loops back to the one I was currently on so the cop that was standing outside the blocking cruiser waived me onto that one so I could turn back.

There is a parking lot for a local business right next to the gate. As I was driving on the other road, I saw multiple police cars and an amublance in it. Also was a car that had it's door strewn open. Right next to it was a tarp with what was clearly a body underneith it.

I thought it was an overdose at first. But when I got home tonight my dad told me it was a neighbor that shot himself. I feel so bad for the guys family.
