I don't know why but I decided to watch these two films for the first time since I was a kid. I bought a DVD collection of all three Rugrats films three years ago but just decided to watch them today.
Both films are pretty decent. They still hold up for the most part. It has that clever 90's-Nickelodeon humor that both kids and adults can laugh at. I was shocked at how short these films were. Both were only 80 minutes long (the second was just a couple minutes short of that mark). They fit a lot in for such a short run-time.
Since I decided to watch the end credits, I discovered for the first time that the first movie had an end credits scene tacked on at the very end of the movie.
Overall, not too shabby. Something to sit down and watch with the family.
