I listened to that album a few months ago. Great album with chart-topping tunes.

I love the video game look here.

Mr Magic

I have an album I wanna mention myself. Everclear's "Sparkle and Fade album.

The kids on the album cover are the band members during their childhood days. This album is known for the song "Santa Monica" which is probably their most well-known hit. Also, this album is known for well...being totally awesome! Buy it or listen to it for free on YouTube and you'll see what I mean.

Absolutely Awesome Music Video!

You know MM that the Red Hot Chili Peppers always get the job done! Thank you for this most excellent video which I've saved to my playlist.

But did you also know that the Red Hot Chili Peppers always throw me back into the 1970's? Yes indeed, they get me reliving some cool moments from my high school/college days and here is one great moment that deserves to be in the Retro Hall of Fame.

JULY 1976 - the United States celebrates a month long 200th Birthday Party!

AUGUST 1976 - Starbucks - "Moonlight Feels Right". The song was Everywhere. I could not escape this tune no matter the time of day or day of the week. I even heard it in my sleep coming through the walls of the dorm room. There was no relief from Starbuck's song until January 1977 when our new President, Jimmy Carter, opened the window from the White House south portico and yelled, "Turn That Music Off!".

I will never forget the excitement of the rise of the online world during the 1990's.

Pizza Head

Back in the 90s, Pizza Hut had a Mr, Bill-like mascot named Pizza Head. He would appear in ads getting in some kind of crazy predicament. And Steve, his pizza cutter nemesis would get him in those predicaments. He's had some very funny, entertaining moments. He's made Pizza Hut even more special than it already was in those days. Unfortunately, he's no longer around. I miss my pizza buddy and still wish he was here, And I know others feel the same way.

There were so many SNL fans that remembered the "Mr. Bill Show" from the 1970's, and "The Pizza Head Show" was just as much fun - and sold a lot of pizzas.

When Saturday Night Live premiered in 1975, singer/song writer Michael Martin Murphy scored a mega hit with his song, "Wildfire".

Cereal Mascots

Remember Bob, Quello and Wendell, who did Cinnamon Toast Crunch ads? How 'bout the cop, the crook and his dog who used to be on Cookie Crisp boxes? And did you know Toucan Sam has nephews? So many classic, iconic cereal mascots like Snap, Crackle and Pop,  Tony the Tiger, Sonny, who's always cuckoo for Cocoa Puffs and countless others are more than worthy of being in the RHOF. Am I right?

Hold on . . . and now for something different.

There may not be honor among thieves but can there be love? Diabolik, the master thief, has to keep a watchful eye on his lover, Eva. She is just as talented as the master himself.

How awesome to pair these two with Jim Capaldi's 1983 song, "That's Love". And may I add, "Maybe"!
